5. Short Form certifications N/C. Long Form
certifications add $15.00 per member.
6. Calibration stickers available @ $3.00 per sticker (advise
calibration cycle).
7. CHROME: Add 30% to each member.
8. "J" Series thread: Add $5.00 per plug member.
