5. Special marking may be added for an additional charge, ($12.00

Short Form certifications N/C. Long Form certifications add $15.00 per
member.
7. Calibration stickers available @ $3.00 per sticker (advise
calibration cycle).
8. "W" tolerance (Inspection grade) add 30% to each
member.
9. CHROME: Add 30% to each member.
