4. Handles, either single end or double end.
Handles ordered in colors other than Red or Green add $15.00 per handle. |

5. Special marking may be added for an
additional charge,($12.00 min).
6. Short Form certifications N/C. Long Form
certifications add $15.00 per member.
7. Calibration stickers available @ $3.00 per sticker (advise
calibration cycle).
8. W-tolerance P.D., add 30% per member.
9. For "J" series thread, add $6.00 per member.
10. Full Form set plugs available upon request.
